3. Only one entry per person.

4. Your information will not be shared with any other company or organization.

5. Prize may be changed at any time without notice.

6. Prize may not be subsituted or exchanged.

7. Odds depend on number of entries.

8. Only e-mail entries will be accepted.

9. Entries must be received by November 1, 2004.

10. MISH MASH is not liable for any taxes or fees incurred by winners.

11. MISH MASH has the right to withdraw contest at any time without notice.

12. MISH MASH is not liable for any damage incurred during shipping of contest items, or for any missing pieces.

13. MISH MASH is not liable for any injury or harm caused by the use of contest items.

14. By entering contest, you are in effect agreeing to these rules and conditions.
